TELEPHONE ANSWERING
Call forward your phone for us to handle your daytime or after-hours calls. We can screen calls, and dispatch those requiring immediate attention by pager, cell phone, email, or just call you at another number. We'll also send a copy of any telephone messages taken to your fax or email address for your records.

OFF PREMISE RECEPTION
Through the wonders of modern technology, we can be your "off premise receptionist" handling calls when in-house staff are busy on the phone, on a break, or off sick. We can take a message, or re-direct calls to your extension, your voice mail, your cellular phone, or any other number. Don't have voice mail?? We can provide you with that as well!

VOICEMAIL
Our Voice-PRO voicemail service can act as a stand alone system (with it's own telephone number just for your mailbox), or can be a feature added to your existing line. Options include voice menus, Press 0 for an operator (your operator or ours), distribution groups, pager/phone/email notification of messages and more. We can even email you a .wav file of your voicemail messages!

FAX TO EMAIL
Great for those who travel, or just want a dedicated, personal fax number without the cost! Faxes are sent to your email address as a .pdf attachment.

ALARM MONITORING
Our monitoring station serves the small to mid-size installing dealer. We monitor all formats, and can handle your open/close supervision with reports direct to the user (on your letterhead). Find out why our dealers have left the "big" stations for our 1st rate customer service.
