F. Scott H. Lyons is President of Extend Communications Inc., and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo Ontario. He joined Extend in 1989, holding increasingly senior roles in the company, before becoming President in the late 1990s. Scott has spoken at many industry conferences in both Canada and the United States, and has held the position of President of the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), and Board Member of the Professional Inbound Network (PIN).

In addition to his commitment to his business and the industry, Scott is extremely active in his community having served as a member of many local boards and committees such as the Brantford/Brant Chamber of Commerce (President 2002), Brantford General Hospital, Rotary Club of Brantford (President 2004/2005), Lansdowne Children's Centre, and Brantford Community Foundation.

Scott resides in Brantford Ontario, with his wife Michele and sons Calder and Michael.
